Two groups of five teams, the first in the final — and the rule that prohibits the double
Structure of the institution
The 10 teams were divided into 2 groups of 5. Each matchday, one team from each group was left out (taking turns). The first of each group qualified for the final.
The "no double" rule«
The same team is not allowed to claim both titles. If the first team in the group qualifies for both league final through the Play Offs, the place in the Cup final is taken by second of the group.

Three-way tie at the top with 9 points — the ranking was decided on the results between them: first the ALPHA TV, which took the place in the Cup final, OPEN TV came in second, and POSY Voulis came in third. If ALPHA TV came in first in the championship, the next team would take its place.

Tied at the top with 10 points — preceded by SYTATE Ethniki on goal difference (+15 vs. +8). The group was completed on 7/2/2026. However, because SYTATE also qualified for the league final, the Cup final went to ANT1 TV.
